A charity auction will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2001. The IMAGINE 2001 exhibition will include more than 75 original works of art by modern and contemporary artists. For the first time, the sale will also offer fine photography by masters like Avedon, Goldin, Leibovitz, Pierson, Prince, Serrano, Sherman and Wegman. A generous portion of the evening's proceeds will be donated to the Russian Art Foundation for the Magic of Music, a Moscow-based program that brings creative arts activities to orphanages and youth shelters in Russia, and to The Headlands Foundation for grants in support of children and families in North Bay Counties.
